El Coto del Golf is a very private and peaceful community located on the north side of the resort. This modern townhouse is located in the pretty Pueblo, and has access to the community pool and garden area which back onto the North Golf Course. It has 3 bedrooms - 2 of which are en-suite - and is fully air conditioned. The rear terrace faces south east, and wireless internet connection is included in the price for this excellent property.

Enter the property into a hallway where the cloakroom is located, and the living area is up a few steps. The open plan living/dining room is well furnished, and has a flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and a selection of books. Patio doors open to a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque. The terrace connects with the lawned community garden and down a few steps is the pool, which has an area sectioned off for small children.

The kitchen leads off the living room. This spacious room is fully fitted and well equipped, with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor and fridge freezer. There is also an additional dining area in the kitchen, and the door leads out to the terrace and lawn.

Upstairs from the lounge are two of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. Patio doors from the bedroom give access to an open terrace with chairs, and fabulous views across to the golf course and the resort.

The second bedroom has twin beds and use of the separate shower room. Patio doors lead to a small balcony which looks to the front of the property. Up stairs again from the landing gives access to the solarium, with table and chairs and great views.

Downstairs from the hallway is the third bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The utility room is also on this floor, where you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and a sink.
