This 3 bedroom apartment on La Hacienda del Golf is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club, being close to the Par 47 pitch & putt course and within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops and the tennis centre.
The property is on the 1st floor and is accessed via 24 steps. It is fully air conditioned, furnished to a good standard and well equipped, and has great views over the landscaped gardens and the large community pool. This is an ideal base for families or groups of friends. Wireless internet access is included in the price for this property for all bookings from 1st May to 31st October.
Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, DVD, and iPod dock. Patio doors open to an open terrace with views over the community garden and pool, sunloungers, and table and chairs.
