The large fourth bedroom is on the lower ground floor. It has two single beds, high windows, and a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Also on this floor is the spacious second lounge/games room. This has high windows, a table tennis table and a flat screen TV and sofa, and is a great space for younger guests to chill out.
The utility room is on the same floor, and this has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.
