It sleeps 5 and can be configured with all single beds, so is a great option for a golf or tennis group. Two terraces plus a solarium provide lots of space for outdoor dining or relaxing. Access is via a number of steps.

Enter the property into the hallway, where you have access to the cloakroom facility. Up a few stairs you will find the open plan air conditioned lounge/dining room which is well furnished with satellite flat screen TV, DVD, hi-fi and telephone, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors on one side of the lounge lead to a terrace with table and chairs, which can also be accessed from the kitchen.

On the other side of the lounge, another set of patio doors lead to a terrace with a built-in barbeque. From here you have access to the private rooftop solarium with lovely views across the resort to Monte Leon and the Mar Menor.

The separate kitchen is also on this floor, and is fully fitted and well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.

Downstairs you will find the 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has three single beds, and has use of the separate additional bathroom.
