Enter the property into the spacious lounge/dining area, which is well furnished and complete with satellite flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to an extended terrace with table, chairs and built-in barbeque.

Off the lounge is the fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. There is also a cloakroom facility on this floor.

Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, a safe, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins.

The 2nd bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. These bedrooms share use of the separate full bathroom with twin wash basins. The washing machine is also on this floor, being located under the stairs.
