Centrally located in La Manga Club, opposite the tennis centre, the Los Olivos apartments are always a popular choice with guests.
This beautifully refurbished first floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is in a great location on the lower row, overlooking the pool, and just across the road from the Tennis Centre. It enjoys views across La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond.
The apartment is all on one level and access is easy with only 3 steps from the car parking at the front of the property. It is well equipped and very well furnished, and wireless internet connection is included in the price.
Enter the apartment into the large contemporary open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, induction hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. The island dining unit with stools around conveniently includes a usb port for easy charging of portable devices.
The lounge area is complete with wall mounted flat screen TV. Patio doors lead to a part covered terrace with retractable awning, from where there are great views over the pool and across to the Mar Menor. A gas barbeque and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a remote control ceiling fan, and a safe. There is an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, bath with handheld shower and an additional large walk-in rain head shower.
The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds, flat screen TV and remote control ceiling fan, with the 2nd bedroom having a DVD player too. These bedrooms share use of the separate shower room with twin wash basins, and you will also find the washing machine in this bathroom.
